At North Coast Foto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
